Nude Yoga Girl Contorts Her Body into Works

25-year-old Nude Yoga Girl isn't aiming to defy Instagram's nudity policy—she instead wants to use her yoga skills to create bodily works of art. "With my account I want to inspire people to realize that everybody is very beautiful and capable of [doing] amazing things with their bodies," she told Daily Mail. "Yoga helped me accept my body exactly the way it is." To promote this message of body acceptance, Nude Yoga Girl twists her naked frame into incredible contortions. So her images are natural and minimalistic, she chooses to photograph these poses in black-and-white. This monochromatic color scheme also helps her hide the intimate parts of her body, so viewers can focus on the artistic nature of her shots.
For many years, Nude Yoga Girl participated in yoga, but this is the first year she's adopted a daily practice. Yoga allows her to display strength and balance, and share an appreciation for the lines of the human body. Onlookers can easily see these elements in her favorite photo (the one above), which she captioned: "We can shape our life. We can shape our body."

struggling-couples-should-know-about-marriage

If you are struggling with your marriage, here are five things you should know. But remember, these are not solutions to the problems you are facing, but rather a starting point to help you look at common relationship problems in a more objective way.

PROBLEMS DON’T GO AWAY ON THEIR OWN

Time does not heal all wounds. Similar to physical wounds, relationship wounds also tend to worsen if not treated with care and attention. You will not gain the peace you want if you don’t address the problems arising in your relationship. Of course, it requires effort from both parties. Studies have shown that the happiest couples are the ones who work on their problems both together and individually.

VIEW YOUR STRUGGLES IN A POSITIVE LIGHT

Struggles can promote much needed change in marriage. They are similar to the red warning light on your car’s dashboard indicating that something is wrong and should be addressed. If properly tackled, marital conflicts don’t have to end in anger, bitterness, or separation. The problems that arise in your relationship give you an opportunity to bond. When two people work through a problem together, they come out on the other side closer than before.
